1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rename License ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Paid Access
Rename License is a paid service. Access to certain features requires purchase of a subscription tier (Pro or Supreme). All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion; generally, payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
3. Entertainment Purposes Only
Rename License is provided strictly for entertainment, parody, and satirical purposes only. The Service does not create, validate, or endorse any real-world legal document, license, or credential.
4. Neutral Tool / No Endorsement
Rename License is a neutral creative tool. We do not endorse, approve, or validate any user-generated content created or shared through the Service. Users are solely responsible for the content they create and how they use it.
5. Publishing Privilege
Publishing content to the public Discover feed is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the sole discretion to revoke publishing privileges, hide or remove content, or suspend accounts at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Rules of Use.
6. User Conduct
You agree to comply with our Rules of Use when using the Service. Violation of these rules may result in content removal, publishing revocation, or account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rename License and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rename License, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
