3. Public vs. Private Data
Public
Content published to the Discover feed is publicly accessible. This includes the generated license image and your display name (if set).
Private
Email addresses, selfie verification images, payment details, and unpublished content remain private and are not shared publicly.
Exports
Standard exports (downloading your created license) are for off-platform use and are not stored or tracked after download.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.
- Published Content: Retained until removed by you or us in accordance with our Terms.
- Technical Logs: Typically retained for 90 days for security and operational purposes.
- Payment Records: Retained as required by law and for dispute resolution.
5. Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Upon verification, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance).
